[The question of how to pronounce that particular Deity’s name has arisen several times. Here is one suggestion.]
It is often pronounced sort of like “Yow” in everyday pronunciation. But, if one were to read it in a PGM text in the voces magicae, one would want to make sure to get the full value of each vowel. So “EE-AH-OH” would be best. As for Sabaoth, it’s pretty easy: “Saw-baw-oath.”
